Now, just like every other red blooded American, to me filling up at the pump is about as fun as paying taxes or going to the dentist. In my frustration, it would be easy for me to read newspaper headlines such as the title of this blog and blame evil corprate America. But because I am pro-capitalism and believe in questioning what is presented to me by the media, I needed a better explaination. What I found after much research is actually quite contrary to what 99% of Americans believe: corporations don't make as much profits as we might think.
