A few years ago I thought I would try an interesting experiment. I took out a classified ad in several small-town newspapers across northern Minnesota. Here is what the ad said: “Have you seen a UFO, ghost, or anything you can’t explain? Please call me: xxx-xxxx. Confidentiality guaranteed.”

I stayed outside until the last glimmer of daylight faded, my longstanding Summer Solstice custom. On Wednesday nights a little known circle shamanic dreams and journeys around the intention and slogan 'Keep The Moon Free' and I joined in this evening. Then I returned to the front steps to spend another hour or so in the warm, moist breezes. Just before I turned to go back inside I saw a bright brief gleam streaming almost horizontally across the sky. Then it flashed and turned weirdly, then vanished.
