Two weeks ago I spent in Kiev, the capital of the Ukraine, five days. It was a business trip. So, after signing the special documents which connected to the future contract, I decided that I must have some rest. I have never been in Kievo-Pecherskaja laurels. I heard much about the place from my friend who lived in Kiev, but I got used to have my own opinion about thing that people told me.

Sanssouci Palace was Frederick the Great's summer residence. It was built between 1745 and 1747 in Potsdam, Germany. In 1744 was designed Sanssouci Park for the purpose of cultivation of plums, figs and wine.

Pyramids were built of polished stone slabs. Inside each pyramid there was a small room. The coffins with the mummies of the pharaohs were placed in those rooms.

The biggest pyramid was built for Pharaoh Cheops about 2600 B.C. Its height is nearly 150 metres. The distance around its foundation is almost 1 km.

One of the most extraordinary places of the old part of Kiev is Andreevski Spusk. It is the street which some patriots of Kiev named Ukrainian Montmartre. It is a very beautiful place with the unique atmosphere of artistic circles.

I think that every town has his soul and his face. When we look at the ordinary little towns we see ordinary faces. Some of them are sympathetic and attractive. Some are monotonous and boring. It was springtime when I came to Berlin for the first time. It was rainy day, there was no sun in the sky and I was not in the best mood. But this ancient city entranced me absolutely.

Well I made it back from my trip to San Antonio, Texas. I went down there to see my oldest daughters boyfriend graduate from his basic training from the Air Force.
We had a great time, especially since when we left here it was 11 degrees and I was all bundled up in my coat and gloves. We get down to Texas and it is in the 60's.

[b]Ever since i was old enough to know about what my mother's country was,i was always wanted to go to her country,which is in Thailand.I never remember going when i was six months old,(of course i wouldn't),but i finally got to go with my mom about 10 to 11 years ago.We went around October of 1994.The weather down here was sort of cold,but not that cold,and when we left Tri-Cities airport in Tennessee,we landed about three hours later in Atlanta,Ga.From Atlanta,Ga.we went to Portland,Oregan,and than from there,we went to Tai-pea,China,and there to Seoul,Korea,Seoul,Korea to Bangkok,Thailand.When we arrived at the airport in Bangkok,my mother's family was there waiting for us to come.:)Her two brothers,their wives and children.I had never met none of her family before in person,but have talked to them of course over the telephone.I enjoyed speaking to her younger brother,name Lum.Lum

I will use any airline - we have the choice of Qantas, Virgin Blue, and JetStar, and I travel with the one that has the cheapest fare at the time. Fickle I know, but it is only a 2+ hour flight, so all will be more than adequate for my needs.

Love is not to care as to care is not love. Okay... I've lost it.

Today I have receive another letter asking me to consolidate my student loan. But I already did it already and have been paying 3 months off my loan. God why are they keep on sending me these mails? I would love to have a mail that said, "Congratualation you have won a trip to Paris." ^__^ I don't know alot of french. But I would love to go there. I wanted to see the Louvre. The eiffel tower is much interesting but I still want to go too, just to say I have been there. I don't go anywhere. I am always here, trap inside these 4 walls. :(

I had my trip to NY for the contest I won, and lemme tell you, that's the least relaxing vacation I've ever had. (And you should know, I'm typing that with a smile on my face, so it must be a good thing.)

First of all, we had almost no sleep the night before. We both had full days, and we had to be up at 4am to get to the flight. We were trying to take care of last minute details, and didn't get to bed until after midnight. Plus, we are both cursed with not being able to sleep on a plane*.
