For all of you who are avid campers and/or use a metal detector. The 2007 camping season is just about upon us!!!Just to inform you that there is an upcoming event where coins and tokens are planted in a large roped off open area and the contestants at a given signal search as rapidly as they can and try to recover as many coins as possible in just 30 minutes. The tokens are then turned in at the conclusion of the hunt for prizes. This hunt is held over a period of eight days usually the second week in July of each year. There are 3 hunts per day as well as special hunts in addition to the regular hunts. Seminars are held between hunts as well. The location of this hunt is Shreve, Ohio at the Whispering Hills campground and RV park. Entry for the entire week is $200. If you plan on attending for just a day or two or three, the cost is only $25/day to hunt if paid before June . I am a member at Pogo.com, and they have challenges where people can play games and win prizes. Beyond that, if you complete the challenge, you get a "badge." It's not worth anything except bragging rights.

I have completed badges that took other people years to finish. I have done ones that others said were impossible. And this week, I've been brought down by bowling. Yes, bowling.

I cannot get over a 200. Please do not brag about your score here. I am homicidal right now. I cannot even express the white hot hatred I have for everything associated with bowling.
