&lt;p&gt;It&#039;s good if you take vitamins, but the main reason you don&#039;t absorb the nutrients from vegetables is because today most people buy the frozen ones in the store as they are easier to cook. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Frozen vegetables have had most of the base removed during the freezing process (just like concentrate) where 90% of the base has been taken out.&lt;/p&gt;
