The 2007 Super Bowl will match....drumroll please...the Indianapolis Colts and the Dallas Cowboys. This is the year the Colts finally break through and don't choke in the playoffs. The Cowboys are playing the best football in the NFC right now and have the player who is emerging as the best quarterback in the conference in Tony Romo. The Chicago Bears are everyone's favorite to make the Super Bowl out of the NFC, but much of their success has been the result of fluky special teams play and blind luck.

The Chicago Bears will lose at home to the Minnesota Vikings today on the frozen tundra of Soldier Field. The predicted outcome is Minnesota Vikings 24 Chicago Bears 17. The Bears are overrated and will not play in the Super Bowl. The NFC representative will be the Dallas Cowboys.

Guns n Roses canceled a concert scheduled for Maine when they were told that state law prohibits them from drinking onstage. If you're under the age of about 30, you probably don't even know who Guns n Roses is because GnR, as they are often called, have always made bad decisions like this one...

Yesterday I went 1-1 on NBA games and loss yet another bonus pick bringing my season record to 8-5-1. As always I will pick basketball games, but today is devoted to the greatest game. This is my Super Bowl XL blowout special and it is dedicated to that special lady out there. She knows who she is. I will now put on my football prognosticator hat to help make all of you a little bit richer in the new year. I’m like T.O. before he started to gain notoriety.
