Booker prize | concept | glass ceiling | manager | orange | recognition | successful | tourists | Women | world dominationWhy do women need to eternally justify their presence in the workplace through the concept of 'merit'? Is it a tacit acknowledgement that they are, in fact, 'inferior' and, if any woman actually makes it her gender has been done a great favour and they all should be grateful? Are women not entitled to be appointed or promoted without any undue enquiries as to their worth?

If we have the trust on these three words then they will also not let us done. The world may say anything. He may say us successful or a failure. It should be our own believes that what we are. If we thing we are successful then there is no power in this world which can say we are a failure. These are only we people which give the world power to decide about us.
