If 'Collegiate on Music' is impressed by the 2001 version of 'Mr. Moonlight,' the blog needs to check out the monster alumni version rolled out last summer at Saitama Super Arena with Gomaki, arm upraised, leading the charge.
Starving Exchange Student
Submitted by LaundryMom on February 29, 2008 - 5:13am. Anorexia | Coptic Christian | Egypt | exchange students | starving | studentsHere is another puzzling story I heard this morning. It was on "Good Morning America" and was about an American boy who went to live with a family in Egypt as an exchange student. He left as a robust, healthy boy, but four months later went home weighing only 98 pounds.
Thoughts In Favor Of School Uniforms
Submitted by Lorianna on February 14, 2008 - 8:00pm. clothes | fashion | Kids | school | school uniform | status | students | uniformI went to school that had mandatory uniforms. While I hated my uniform back then (because it represented school to me, and I passionately hated school), what I see now makes me think that school uniforms are actually not a bad idea. Kids are crazy about being "cool," so those from wealthier families show off wearing fancier clothes, and those who cannot afford it are shunned and ridiculed.

A lucky day today for me. I found a free online service that I have hoping to stumble upon, (yes, I last hopes to find it)where I can store all my academic papers and share it with other academicians.
FLIRTING IS AN ART
Submitted by pmk on November 16, 2006 - 7:39am. chatting | dating | family | Flirting | friends | love | men | students | WomenReally it’s an Art, and game to be cherished, only if you know the rules. It is a like, if one knows how to play with Fire, It’s wonderful if you play safe and don’t let burn your fingers. Only few of them enjoy Flirting in right way.
Healthy Flirting gives you Fun, Happy Moments and leaves with Sweet Memories.
People flirt either out of Boredom or just as part of Game. Most of the Men are highly emotional and will forget the barriers, but whereas as Women are much more practical. No doubt ! It is a great way of connecting with people and dissolves barriers, only when it is Healthy. But you should keep it going as an interesting game.
EDUCATION TEACHERS STUDENTS
Submitted by multisubj on July 12, 2006 - 6:20am. education | students | teachersENGLISH LANGUAGE -SECOND PERSON PRONOUNS
"You" is the 2nd person pronoun in English. Used both in singular and plural numbers. Same when used between equals and unequals.
In the old English there used to be a pronoun "thou". Used in singular. At that time there was a choice between "thou" and "you". When a person wanted to show respect to the other man he was choosing "you". Between equals or while conversing with God he was using "thou".
Myspace- Should Schools Punish Students for Profiles?
Submitted by realitycheck on June 21, 2006 - 7:56am. MySpace | MySpace Trackers | myspace tracking | students | teachersI saw Intricate Girls blog today about myspace and how parents and kids are so stupid when it comes to the whole deal. And she's so right. Parents have no clue what the kids are doing online and the kids are posting every piece of personal info imaginable.
So I decided to take this one step further and turn it into a debate, since I have not posted one of those in months.
A few weeks ago I was surfing the net and I found some things that really made me think. First was a site that had newsletters about schools fighting myspace use. Some schools are blocking myspace from their computers - in my opinion this is fine.
Are you a parent or a student.

which introduced to me several online tutorials site. In a bid to help my son, I also visited several sites cited in the article, and wrote this article. If my son and his friends are benefitted, so too can other students all over the world.
Poring over college books? Organising combine studies?
Do you still feel insufficiently prepared and want some more extra study materials?
Great new tool for students from Google.
Submitted by mala on June 2, 2006 - 2:56am. google tool | notebook | studentsGoogle Notebook:
You are browsing a website in your chosen topic. And you intend to visit more websites in the same topic in order to collect data for a project.
I have seen this being done very often by students. My son is my first example.
So what he does? He will highlight a paragraph of info from a web site, copy it in word,
hop onto the next site and so on. In this process he usually forget to copy the url from which he extracted the data.
Should Sex Offenders Be Employed in Schools?
Submitted by realitycheck on February 8, 2006 - 11:41am. adults | children | danger | pornography | prevention | risk | safety | school | sex offender | studentsRape, molestation, groping...a truly accidental brush against a breast, making a phone call...saying "tits" in public... where do you draw the line for a sex crime?
Although all of the prior mention things are possibly innapropriate and maybe even offensive, does that make them all criminal actions? Should someone be penalized for words alone?
A hot debate lately is "SHOULD SEX OFFENDERS BE ALLOWED TO BE EMPLOYED AT SCHOOLS?"
