I saw on T.V. that women are surgically altering their feet to fit in designer shoes. They are shortening toes! My opinion is that this is crazy. You would think this would effect someone's balance. Not to mention how you would look in a pair of sandals or barefooted.

From the latest, hottest fashions to the more unique, inspired pieces, to the downright fun, quirky and cute, Torrid has it all. I love this store, and their online counterpart. They honestly have one of the biggest selections of clothing, shoes and accessories that you could want.

Best part? Most of their site is plus sizes. I mean, okay; they have shoes, hats, belts, and knick-knacks. Yep. But the clothes are amazing; ranging from stuff you'd see on any celebrity to actual stuff from Lip Service (a huge goth/underground brand). It, at the very least, needs to be checked out.

It's a strange phenomenom. I see a beautiful pair of slinky heels or daring sandles and my heart speeds to an excited gallop. Recently I fell in love with a pair of beige Prada heels that seem to have disappeared from the face of the earth. These shoes that I've pictured on my feet a hundred times are almost like a sexual desire for me. If faced with the choice of hot, sweaty satisfying sex or my beloved Prada heels......I think I'd choose Prada. I do own a back massager, after all.

I think I really do have something wrong with me.

In my home library, there is a shoe rack on the door. It holds 36 pairs. In the corner, there is a floor rack for shoes. It has probably another 30 pairs. Lying in the middle of the library floor, there is a stack about 5 ft wide in diameter, and stacked about 18 inches deep. This pile contains all of my boots, and if I had anywhere else to put them, I would. But I don't, so I've learned to walk around them. Impressive, no? It gets worse. The reason I don't have any more room is because my closet is filled with shoes. I don't mean that they are stacked neatly. I mean that it is filled with shoes. The closet is a small reach-in closet, about 4 ft by 6 ft. The floor of it is stacked with shoes about 4 ft deep, and they they are spilling over into the room.
