Sex-Talk Stern Stranded on Sirius

Investing in realestate with no money down

investing | Sex-Talk Stern Stranded on Sirius

Real estate investing with no money down, yes its possible and widely practiced by several creative investors, as they say where there is a will there is a way. This is creative real estate investing at its best. There are so many ways that these enterprising investors use, it just boggles the mind!

Some investors use notes to invest in real estate with no money down. Let's say the investor gets hold of a note whose face value is $100,000 and purchases it for $80,000. He uses the note as collateral for its full value to get a property worth $100,000. He can sell the house for $100,000 and can pocket $ 20,000 or more if he sells the property at a profit! He not only got back the $80,000 but also made quite a profit. Some investors with no money for down payments offer to take over the seller’s loan or mortgage payments in return for the title deeds of the property.

'Shock Jock' Stern, Now on Sirius, Is Stranded As Regular Talk Radio Prospers

Howard Out of Mainstream | Sex-Talk Stern Stranded on Sirius

Howard Stern has failed to pull listeners of regular radio off the public airwaves and into the world of satellite radio, namely Sirius, but that should be no surprise.

Stern's radio appeal has always been as the maverick, the guy the FCC always picked on, the guy CBS radio has sued, the guy that spouts off his foul-mouthed and sexually charged programming even if there is an uproar against him.

But at Sirius, there is no uproar. There is no opposition. Stern can say or do as he pleases, but the legions of Sirius subscribers, some 4 million to date, appear to be more interested in the other niche progams and vast ocean of commercial-free music than they are in Stern.

One of the big reasons is that many other big-name talk radio personalities -- Michael Savage, George Noory (Coast-to-Coast AM), Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and others -- have ignored Sirius as if it isn't there. And, lo and behold, it isn't, at least not yet.

Stern is preaching to his unholy, uncensored choir, but they just aren't showing up. They've not yet removed themselves from the mainstream. You see, Howard Stern lost his enemies, and with them his show.

They might never move. Bye, bye, Howard, it's been nice knowing you.
