If any of you have read AOL news today you may have seen this already, for those who haven't get some tissues..

The teenaged boys who have abused a puppy are sentanced to 10 years in prison. I have to tell you that when I saw the article, I really didn't want to read it. However being the advocate that I am I had to. It is completely beside me how this could happen, what is wrong with the kids today? I know it is not ALL kids and for that I am very thankful... Why is it that people want to play the race card when bad things like this happens??

It is a known fact that the correctional facilities consist of inmates from different cultures and ethnicities, who have committed various offences. Prisoners sentenced for drug offenses constituted the largest group of the inmates. The non-violent offenders, especially substance abuse, are often allowed to mingle with the general population in a prison.
