I had to push aside another post I’d been writing to express ~ somehow ~ my anger and sadness over the murder of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto. Though it would be naïve to say that it is a total shock, I really didn’t expect her death to come so soon. The news reports claim that branches of Al Qaeda are trying to claim responsibility for the assassination, but I think we all know where that order really came from!
