Taking surveys is a good way to make money online. I like it mostly because its a nice break from writing articles, advertisements and so on. Survey taking is also a wonderful way for people who don’t own a website or may not type fast enough to make authoring article online profitable. The problem most people face with taking surveys online is that they can’t find a real company to work for. Almost every site I have came across is complete BS. They offer surveys but pay you on a sketchy “point system”, then want you to redeem your points for gift cards or they want you to pay a monthly fee just to take the surveys, etc. However, there’s a few really good, honest places you can actually take surveys and get paid at. One of the sites I have recommended in the past is called Mindfield Online. But the place I want to discuss today is called Survey Savvy.

After much searching and researching I've come to the conclusion that 99.9% of the paid survey - paid to read email sites are about as dependable as a sqaure tire in the winter. Most are "join" our site or service for a fee and we will "credit" your account,provide you with a list of paying survey companys or 2 cents per read email advertisements that take up more time than their worth. The offers that you can make $100's a day - well the only people that are making that kind of money are the ones your paying to join their sites for the privelage of recieving an outdated list of companys that you hope to make money off of.

For a project in college I decide to research many of those “Get Rich Quick" sites as well as the “Mystery Shoppers Needed - $75/hr", “Paid Surveys" and so on.

My research led me to discover a few things:
1. If it sounds to good to be true, it might be.
2. There really ARE place that are legit.
3. If you have a lot of time, you may be successful at this. I stress the word A LOT of time.
