The training mood

olympic | Sports | vacation

Moving on to the training mood. After the so long that have not been training session, I feel the energy to train back again. After all, this sport has always been an enjoyable one except that got to be cautious in the training not to over-stretched and to have injury. It will really feel terrible as you can't train properly at all. It doesn't feel relaxed when you kick as you got to control and watch your limit. During sparring training is another one where one have to be extra on-guard. Just got a backthrust kicked on the back which is rather forceful. Such injuries really made the training mood goes a little blue as you can't perform your best and train up for the better.

It just takes one to give a clear shot and secured the point and no matter how hard you kick unless you can produced a clear shot, you will still lose. To produced a clear shot, one's kick have to be accurate to get the correct contact point to generate a loud sharp sound. That is a point. A hard kick however that does not produced the sound will not be a point. Sometimes perhaps points might be given for great impact that caused the opponent to stagger but referrees on other locations of the court might not see it clearly and therefore no points given. A sharp sound can be heard instead from all places.
