The other day when I woke up, I had a migraine that was so bad that I felt like I had to vomit. I'm not sure why this happens. I didn't really do anything out of the ordinary the day before. When I try to quit caffeine, the same thing happens to me, but I didn't try to quit caffeiene that time. It's such a bummer to deal with, too. I wake up in the morning and just feel nauseous. I can't really take any aspirin because you're not supposed to take those on an empty stomach. On the other hand, i don't feel like eating anything. So it's just a vicious cycle. sometimes my mother-in-law gives me a migraine, too. At times, I simply can't stand to be around her. But that's a whole different story.
