One walk around the big box department stores and you will find a number of TV's on display for sale. Known as the “Wall of Eyes” (WOE), it's a display meant to catch your eyes so that you can make a purchase as quickly as possible. Usually, they will have on the description near the TV that will show SDTV or EDTV or HDTV. This is an explanation of the three types of displays.

Back then I never heard of such a thing, and I was wondering if it would really be possible to make money from home, just by clicking on links and visiting websites. I was kind of skeptical about the whole thing, but eventually I decided to give it a try.

Bid4prizes is an auction game. You find a prize that you like and place a bid on it, if your bid is the lowest unique bid, then you win the prize. So, if you see a brand new HDTV that you like, instead of offering a bid of $1,500, you would bid $.75. After you place your low bid bid4prizes.com will tell you if your bid is low, high, duplicate or unique and that’s how the game starts. So if you’re the only person who placed a bid of 74 cents and that is the lowest bid- then you win!
Get Sharp With HDMI
Submitted by SharonHH on January 27, 2007 - 11:21am. HDTV | Sponsored | television | TVIf you want your picture crisp and sharp with all the digital info, then you probably need some HDMI cable. Me, I need a better TV.
After years of widescreen, I now have a TV with a traditional ratio and tradition sound (ugh!). It's better than no TV but I'm missing my crisp digital sound. There are no cables to connect it to my hifi and only a few ports for other things.
HDTV – simply awesome
Submitted by abhilash on June 13, 2006 - 2:03am. HDTV | science | technologyWhat is the difference in watching Mission Impossible III in a movie theater and your television set? Forget the size of the screen and the sound. Only talk about resolution? The resolution that we see in the cinema theaters can never be matched by our television sets. HDTV is going to change this. The resolution that HDTV offers is near to that we get to see in movie theaters.
HDTV is the result of the big television screens
