I really believe that the worst thing about staying in a hotel is the curtains. They never fit the windows like they should, and it prevents me from getting as much sleep as I want. I hate this. It almost makes me want to bring my own curtains from home.

Hate from the pulpit
Submitted by American Rhetor... on March 18, 2008 - 7:23am. clinton | Democrat | Discrimi | election | Gay | hate | Obama | politics | Presidency | Religion | white/BlackObama is having a hard time explaining his involvement in a church where the preacher has been notoriously preaching hate against the white community.
These comments are not new to the black community or the white community. Both races have been guilty of preaching such dogma and hate. The difference here is that Obama is running for the highest office in the world, the President of the United States of America. For Obama to claim that he had no knowledge of Reverend Wright’s speaking of such things is ridiculous. He attended this church for over 20 years. His children were taught by this preacher and he and his wife were married by this preacher. To claim now that he had “no knowledge” of this offensive language is obviously misleading.
The light truth of a love/hate tale
Submitted by lauramalach on June 10, 2007 - 9:18pm. hate | hell | honeymoon | hurt | love | pain | relationshipHow could it have actually been this long with history up and down and somehow they couldn't make it work?
Do you think they gave it a fair chance? Or was timing the number one issue?
Remember all those butterflies, the ones that fluttered not only in your stomach but right up your asophogus leaving you speechless? How did the fear of losing him keep the words down? The idea that a few little clusters of letters might push him away and could have possibly been the destruction to any future that may have occured in the past.

I hate clowns
Submitted by kidsolo on February 6, 2007 - 10:24pm. blog | hate | soldiers | women hackedThere are people in this world who dress up and act like clowns; I don't like these people. I am not clownophobic (or to be politically /scientifically correct, coulrophobic). I do not fear clowns. Really. I don't. They are just not nice people. They scare little kids, they cause neurosis in some adults, they have big floppy feet, they try to fit too many of their kind in a car, I could go on and on.
Colleges Anoyances #1
Submitted by asiangamer on October 6, 2006 - 2:02pm. college | hate | SubjectSo I have officially accepted the fact that I don't really like college that much. It's not that I hate all of college. I mean I love the College Experience but it's the way that some parts of it works.
One of the main things is that all of the teachers think that their subject is the most important so they end up giving us a crap load of homework, not thinking that we may have a lot from a

Don’t judge me…okay, go ahead. In my defense I was cleaning up and the TV just happened to be on MTV. I don’t care because Su Chin Pak made an appearance and she is hot. And I saw a Shakira video and she’s hot too. The reason I am telling you this is because Reggie Bush was one of the guests on the show. When asked what will be the first thing he’s going to buy after he signs that record contract when he is drafted as the number 1 overall pick in this Saturday's NFL draft. He said, with a straight face, a house for his parents. I had to laugh at that. Reggie Bush and his family are currently under investigation for the possible acceptance of illegal benefits from an agent in the form of a house while he was still a student at USC.
Don't Hate Me Because Of The Company I Keep
Submitted by deorre on April 18, 2006 - 11:29pm. gangs | hate | prejudice | supportHave you ever despised someone so severely that it became easier to attack the group with which that person associates? Psychologically, this could be called displacement. Sociologically, it could be called prejudice.
Whatever it is coined, whatever vernacular fits the present emotional state, it misses the target.
Let's say I am a well-liked fellow, who sets out into the world. I'm on my night-sea journey, and I find that I am not the superhero many of my long lost supporters said I was. I start to fail. I start to dwindle. I become a failure-to-thrive adult. And, I'm freaking scared.

A young woman, Sally, related an experience that she had while in a seminary class that was taught by a Dr. Smith. Sally said that Dr. Smith was well known for his elaborate object lessons.
One day, when Sally walked into the seminary, she knew that they were going to have a fun day because on the wall was a big target, and on a nearby table were several darts.
