How was everyones day I have been struggling with the diet for the last few days to a week. Has anyone else come up with this problem. I would like to know of any tips that people have that have worked for them and could help me along and loose some more weight.

Oh, MY!!! Every Friday there are high school football games during these months. Well, the local television crew go out and videotape the games to show to us.

Well, something very, very scary happened at one of the football games. I was sitting near the top of the stadium where a photographer from Channel 7 news, www.KVIA.com was shooting the game when all of the sudden there was a loud banging sound. The game was louder than the banging sound, but it WAS detectable from the top.
