I found this great information online about how to complete shortsales quickly. I'm a licensed realtor so this info came in very handy for me. I tried to do shortsales with just some blog i found out online but it didnt tell me enough to really help me out. But this teleseminar MP3 told me what I did wrong and how to do it the right way. and I did do it the wrong way cuz it never closed and i never found abuyer. I've bought and sold many things on Ebay over the years. Overall, I really love it. I've had some great buys on there.

But nothing is 100% safe.

Two years ago, I purchased something.... Never received it, and never got a refund. I did file an Item Not Received dispute. And I did pay through PayPal. The seller sold a whole lot of things on there, then closed out his bank account. So Paypal was not able to reimburse me or any other people that won auctions from him.

It takes some work, but anybody can make it on ebay. Aside from listing items of interest, you need to get out into the cyber world and talk about your own listings or store.
