The Damaging Effects of Cola Sodas

Drinking cola type sodas is very unhealthy. Just drinking 16 ounces or more of cola sodas each day can double the risk of developing chronic kidney disease. They can also contribute to hypertension, diabetes, and kidney stones. The phosphoric acid that they contain are commonly linked to kidney stones. They can also cause lower bone density, which increases the risk of osteoporosis and bone fractures. Noncola sodas don't have the same impact on the kidneys but they are still unhealthy. It is a healthy idea to skip sodas altogether.

Want to get relief from back pain

This is a very popular conviction that back pain relief have no scientific basis. Physiotherapists typically advises to build up the muscles of abdomen and spinal erectors.Instability and inflexibility of the spinal muscles seems to be the biggest problem related to the back ailment. The inflexibility in the muscles distant from the spine worsens the situtation.A proper back health maintenance program should aim at working on improving the stability and flexibility of all the joints of the body. 1)Do some regular exercises so that all joint's muscles use to keep flexibility as the cells of the muscles of joints are supplied by proper ammount of oxygen.

There are scientists that have found a gene that might raise the chances of getting the most common kind of Alzheimer’s disease by 45 percent in people who inherit a certain form of the disease. The gene affects a brain cell’s ability to take in calcium. Hopefully, drugs can be made to fight this effect. Most people are over the age of 65 that are affected by the disease.

A person could significantly lower their risk of heart disease and strokes by taking a statin each day. Researchers analyzed patients over a period of five years and found that for every 1,000 people with diabetes that were given statin, there were 42 less heart attacks and strokes than there would have been if the patients wouldn’t have taken the statins. The statins even helped the people already diagnosed with vascular disease. It is recommended that women that are pregnant shouldn’t take them.
