I really love CafeMom.com It's so nice to have a place to come and read about other moms in similar situations. I'm a big fan of message boards anyhow. Whenever I have a problem with anything, I will do a search for message boards in that particular topic. Then I will ask my questions. So this website is great for parents and moms in particular.

I can't believe how much the public school systems have changed in the last 20 years.

Recently, I've seen and read that several schools are stopping recess and/or limiting how the kids can play.

I am a firm believer that ALL kids need free play. Anymore, kids are not allowed to be kids. By taking away their recess and forcing them to sit all day long in seats is almost like creating little robots.
