Did anyone have a favorite Super bowl commercial? I liked the Budweiser "Rocky" commercial and the "wine and cheese party"! The other commericials were ok. I tuned in to really see the commercials and half time.

Submitted by gracepub on March 31, 2007 - 2:58am. commercialThis is a fun site for fans of ebay. The lowest 'unique' bid wins the prize. Of course, that means that you need to avoid a bid too low, where most people will bid - and you don't want to pay too much.
This is a text based reverse-auction game, where the lowest unique bid wins the prize. Prizes start with Apple I-Phone’s, and include HDTV’s, Designer Bags, SCION XB’s to Cash Prizes. The site awards a new winner everyday.

My favorite commercial.
Submitted by IntricateGirl on August 8, 2006 - 1:47pm. ads | commercialI have been seeing a Cingular commerical that cracks me up every time. It has a mom and daughter screaming at each other. Everything about it says that they are having an argument, until you actually listen to what they are saying.
The mom tells the daughter she got her a new phone. The daughter yells, "Why is it always what I want?!?" The mom shouts back, "Do you have any idea how much this is NOT going to cost me??" The daughter takes the phone and snarkily says, "It's so small. I LOVE YOU!" to which the mom replies, "I know you mean that!!!"
I might finally be able to rent out my building.
Submitted by IntricateGirl on July 9, 2006 - 12:15pm. building | commercial | offices | RentI found a service today at http://www.offices2share.com that allows you to rent short-term, ready-to-use office space. And because the building has been sitting empty for so long, I am probably going to list it later today.
With any other renter, they always want to know whether we pay for part of their build-out, which means that we pay to convert it to suit their needs.
Waking Up With Wilford Brimley
Submitted by Barely Awake In... on June 14, 2006 - 10:31am. amusing | commercial | Gram Parsons | Phil Kaufman | Quaker Oats | random thoughts | Wilford BrimleyI woke up this morning thinking of Wilford Brimley which is hardly the image I prefer to have lodged in my groggy noggin' so early in the day (or even late in the day, for that matter). While this confession could lead one to believe that I am a deeply troubled individual, there are far better examples from my psyche from which to draw that conclusion.

Submitted by Barely Awake In... on May 29, 2006 - 1:50pm. advertising | commercial | criminal activity | Funny | Guns | late-night tv | local yokels | weaponryA recent blog enlightened me regarding the insidious presence of The Canadian Tire Guy, an abrasive hardware chain spokesperson wreaking havoc amongst the fine citizens of Canada with his abusive ways, assaulting their collective psyches and undermining their self-esteem. It brought back painful memories from my childhood and my own bogeyman spawned by consumerism run rampant...
