When I was very young my mother used to make something which we called "bread pudding". It was not a traditional bread pudding where you use bread soaked in water. It used both breadcrumbs and flour, dried fruit, I believe it also had eggs and milk in it and probably spices, maybe cinnamon,ground cloves and the method was similar to that of a cake mixture. This is so stupid I just have to post it:

So I needed to buy a cake for my sons baptism. My sister and I briefly shopped around. We found an affordable place not far from my house. A nice old man (who oddly resembled Santa) took my order and ran my credit card. He said the cake would be ready in a few days.

(This is where it gets good)
So I go back to pick up the cake. The same jolly old man takes care of me again. He says, “Can I help you bring this to your car?�. Since it had two layers, I agreed.
