So this is Day 4 of my 60-day He-tox. I'm working through the program suggested by the book "It's called a breakup because it's broken" by "Greg Beherendt and Amiira Ruotola-Behrendt.

The very first Commandment is to have no contact with you for 60 days. So far, so good - no phone, no face-to-face, no IM, no email. Still, it's not been as easy to keep myself from tracking your blogs/entries on the online forums/blogs, etc. Even though it guts me every time I read about how happy you are with your new love, it's like a fatal pileup on the highway... I can't tear my eyes away.
