I've come to the conclusion that the sports "pollsters" are so bias that we will never get an honest opinion as to the rankings of the different teams we follow. If you live on the east coast you can bet on the east coast pollers leaning your way - same on the west coast. Theres times i wonder if they think that we're that blind or just plain stupid. Legalize Sports Betting?

Today is the last day of Mardi Gras. I expect to go out and enjoy myself tonight. I want all the ladies to be safe and do not show your boobs, unless of course someone offers you plastic beads in return. I digress. For the past 2 or 3 months I have been in a real financial bind. I think I began giving betting advice everyday so that I could live vicariously through all of you. Since I don’t know a bookie I can only bet online. But since my account was overdrawn, by a lot, I couldn’t not do that either. I was in law school. Long story short, things did not work out. The problem is that, like most first year students I borrowed enough money to live without having to work. At the time it became apparent that I was not going back for the second semester I had been flat broke for a minute (not because of gambling) and I was eagerly anticipating that money. Then came that oh so sweet W-2 form. By weeks end I will ready for action. It has been a good experience (obviously not the being poor as hell part). Prior to this I was only familiar with betting on football. I always want to win those because I only pick one college game per night and if there are six or so games played in NBA, there should be at least one that I can pinpoint as a virtual lock.
