For Beginners: Be consistent with your training sessions and eat healthy, and you WILL see impressive constant gains.Do NOT exceed more than three sets per exercise and no less than eight reps pre exercise. Stick with the program for about three month.
For Intermediate: Do your three sets per exercise for about four weeks and then move on to four sets per exercise.
For Advanced: you have change your workout every four weeks, and take your body to the next level.
