Customer Service Training: The Perks of Attending One

You thought that you’re already a model employee and that you no longer need any customer service training—until you receive a call from an irate customer, and you simply blew everything. How you’d wish by now it never happened. But then again, only when you decide to go for customer service training, you would have been able to handle the situation like a pro and even receive well-deserved praises from your company.

Becoming a Dream Catcher

A dream is the essence of a goal; a goal is the enhancement of a life. Yet a dream is only a dream, and a goal only words until you take action on it. Although dreams have an uncanny ability to motivate, to inspire a person to achieve a goal, implementing the dream, actually realizing it, is how we create and enhance our world.

Do we really need great talking skills to be successful salesmen?

There is one popular myth that all good salesmen are great conversationalists and we have to be good at talking skills in order to be successful in selling.

Thankfully this is not so. This is good news for people like me who are not so good in talking skills. However we need to develop another skill which is essential in selling.

Telepathy: "Hello, Is Anyone Home?"

"When love and skill work together, expect a masterpiece."

-- John Ruskin

http://www.SelfHelpStreet.com

Talking heart-to-heart is a natural ability for animals and people. Individual birds in a flock change their flight path at the same time. You "think" of a friend the moment before your friend calls. Coincidence? No. It's telepathy. The cosmic communication system. Free unlimited anywhere, anytime minutes - local or long distance. Forever!

Every single Subliminal-Audio.com recording uses not just one but FOUR different and powerful mechanisms, as part of the unique 4-part Encoding System (tm) process. The four steps are as follows:

Step One - Binaural Beats

All Subliminal-Audio.com CDs include a binaural-beat backing track, a specially generated sound piece that helps put the mind into a relaxed and receptive state.

Principles you MUST follow when creating your own messages...(continued)

For example, rather than "I am not nervous" write "I am confident and relaxed". If you use words such as "nervous" or "shy", it reminds your subconscious of negative feelings and images associated with these words. This is unhelpful, and can even be counter-productive.

An effective way to overcome fear

[b]One of the best ways to overcome fear is to learn about it, get knowledge about the thing that we fear. That will help in reducing the fear because once we have good knowledge about a particular thing, we become comfortable doing it and the fear begins to fade away.

Many people are afraid of public speaking because it involves a lot of skills like preparing a good speech, delivery of the speech, how to address the audience, body language, tone of voice etc. Since many people have not mastered these skills, public speaking involves a lot of uncertainties to them and they are afraid of walking up to the stage as they fear that they may make complete fools of themselves. One way to overcome this fear is to study in detail the various skills involved one by one, such as they should study about the basics of body language, how to maintain a confident and correct posture, they should study and master effective speech preparation and delivery. Once they master the various skills involved in public speaking, they will feel a lot more comfortable and eventually they fear is likely to vanish into the thin air. This is because they have step by step mastered and become comfortable with various small skills that are needed for giving a good speech or presentation on stage. They have divided the task of public speaking into smaller pieces, then studied and mastered each piece until they became perfect in it or atleast became a lot comfortable in it.

The book ’The Power of Now’ written by Eckhart Tolle is the most important book I have read.

It changed my life upside down.

Here I quote a few sentences from the book.

"What is wrong with this moment?
You can always cope with the Now, but you can never cope with the future-nor do you have to. The answer, the right action or the resource will be there when you need it, not before, not after.

Have you ever read books on self development?
Like the books written by Wayne Dyer, Joesph Murphy, The Mother?

In all these books of this kind, there is always an accumulation of forces-spiritual forces.Every book on acount of the words it contains is like a small accumulator of forces.

In the same way, in every picture, photograph, there is an accumulation of forces representing the forces of the person whose picture it is, of his nature and if he has powers, of his powers.

"How to succeed in business without really trying" is a commonly searched item on net.

This question raises another: "Will such success give satisfaction?"

A person who succeeds without real efforts, tend to become arrogant or parasitic. He cannot inspire others. He can mislead them.
