[b]Special note to my new BloggerParty friends: I have been using the Ouija board for more than 40 years -- starting when I was eight years old -- up to today. Over the decades, I have generated transcripts containing millions of words, hundreds of stories and contact with dozens of "strange entities."

There are over 30 repeated references to Hell in the Old Testament alone.( King James)

There are over 30 repeated references to Hell in the Old Testament alone. In the Gospels, Jesus speaks of Hell more than of Heaven. There are over thirty repeated references to the existence of Hell in the Old Testament alone. For instance:

A True Christian Action

So I was listening to NPR today when they played Storycorps. These are personal stories people record giving an oral slice-of-life. I normally don't pay too much attention to them but this one caught my attention. If there ever was proof that it's not the situation, it's how you react to it that determines your mood, this was it! The actually story can be found here: http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=89164759

I Know He Lives

"I Know He Lives"
Is a true story about a woman whose life, one might think would have been magical. The fact is, her life was filled with turmoil and abuse.

To quote Judy, "I think just about everything but drugs, came into my life. Just about screwed it all up, if not for the Lord stepping in."

Peace be unto you and may God continue to bless you and those that you hold near and dear. It is expedient that I speak to you for I have uncovered some of the great mysteries of this world and it is an honor and privilege to be the one to share this information with you. I read a lot of books and during the course of my reading I came across a book that provided such God filled revelation that I could hardly fathom it. If you cannot continue to read this book in its entirety I urge you to stop reading until sufficient time as you are able to do so. Prepare yourself for a spiritual journey unlike any you have ever taken. You are about to be exposed to God’s coveted word. It’s spiritual exploration through what could be considered uncharted water for the church.

On Trusting the Bible

Alpha-Geminians | Bible | faith | God | Jesus | Religion | Scripture | The Geminian

The Geminian offers that the bible is written, writing is the work of man, the bible is a work of man.

Did it really take God two weeks on MT. Sinai to carve two stone tablets? No, I am afraid a better explanation would be that Moses spent a day or so looking for the right stones and sat for two weeks chipping away at them, while apparently the rest of the world forgot about Moses' God.

Debunking the Bible Part II - Poor Baby Jesus?

Bible | God | Jesus | Religion | The Geminian

The Geminian rants...

or better said, wonders, if baby Jesus was born in a Manger, (which I guess is the name for the place where the Jews kept livestock animals at night, very muddy and poopy,) then when the Three Wise Men came with their gifts, why didn't Mary and Joseph get a room at the Hilton or something instead of remaining in the poopy smelly manger? I mean to say that if they had GOLD, then the manger was a ridiculous place to remain with a newborn baby. They could have pawned the Frankincense and Myrrh, for a tent or was the at stuff to make the manger smell better? Either way the Gold which was from a King, must have been enough to get a real room somewhere.

Is there more than 1 sin that is unforgivable?

Bible | crime | forgiveness | Jesus | purging | Religion | sin

In Matthew the 12th chapter, there is 1 sin that cannot be forgiven. That is the blasphemy of the Holy Ghost. Now, in these modern times I ask are there other sins that cannot be forgiven? I am curious about this because I hear so many people say that they will never forgive the person or persons who commits a crime against them.

Gossip in the church

christianity | christians | church | Jesus | Religion | worship

For the last few months, I have been attending a church on and off, and I am amazed at the gossip in the church. This church is located in a smaller area. It doesn't have a whole lot of members. But it seems that everyone knows everyone's business and they are very quick to talk about it.

Where I live is a bigger area. In the churches here, there are a lot more people that attend, and it doesn't seem that anyone really knows anything about anyone else.

Written on our Hearts

Bible | christianity | faith | God | Jesus | Jewish | New Testament | Romans | Theology

Indeed, when Gentiles, who do not have the law, do by nature things required by the law, they are a law for themselves, even though they do not have the law, since they show that the requirements of the law are written on their hearts, their consciences also bearing witness, and their thoughts now accusing, now even defending them.

Why do most human beings believe that murder is wrong?

Living your life from your heart. Part 2

Dreams | faith | goals | hope | Jesus | love

If our heart is made to have those convictions, why do we still have homelessness? It is because people of different circumstances feel it is not up to them to help these souls. It is not their problem or that is an issue for the local municipalities to deal with not them.

I grew up in a small west Texas town, it since has grown and continues to everyday. I still have a childhood friend there and we are very close. A couple of years ago, she decided that she wanted to make a difference if she could to the homeless there. She went homeless,,,she lived on the streets just like the homeless do. She walked the streets, she begged for money and food, and anything else that she needed. At the same time a local church and my friend started a sponsership of sorts. Basically everyday she stayed homeless she would receive more money for the cause. After her 14 days of homelessness, she and her church raised enough money to buy insulated cover alls. Oh did I forget to mention she did this in the winter?? She wanted the elements as well...

The End of Race

Bible | Christ | God | gospel | Jesus | Jews | New Testament | Romans | Theology | utilities

There will be trouble and distress for every human being who does evil: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile; but glory, honor and peace for everyone who does good: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile. For God does not show favoritism.
Romans 2:9-11

The future judgment which Paul has been describing will be universal. All people will experience it and the measure used will be the same for all human beings.

Christian Singles

christianity | God | heaven | Jesus | Praise | prayer | Religion | salvation | singles | worship

Well, tonight is the night for my singles class. It's alot of fun to interact with other Christian singles. The class addresses the hurt that comes from a broken marriage or relationship. This is something that is very important to me.

The class has done so much good for me. By attending I am learning what God has given ME to offer in a relationship. I am learning signs of a man that truly has respect for our God.

In my eyes, a true Christian would make a good person to have a relationship with. The bible really tries to teach us how to be good people. I have no complaints with a man that would love me like he loves hisself.

In this day and age, it's hard to meet a truly good person. It's to bad more churches don't offer classes such as these. I am definitely not in any hurry to be involved again, and I may not be for a long time. But it's a wonderful way to be around others that are healing from broken relationships.
