April Fools’ Day or All Fools’ Day although not a holiday in its own right, is a notable day celebrated in many countries on April 1. The day is marked by the commission of hoaxes and other practical jokes of varying sophistication on friends, family members, enemies and neighbors, or sending them on fools’ errands, the aim of which is to embarrass the gullible. Traditionally, in some countries, the jokes only last until noon. If you play a trick on someone after this time you are the April Fool. Elsewhere, for example in France, the jokes may last all day (Wikipedia). We want to thank Alex Boese for making a good collection of the most famous world-wide hoaxes, which we’ll use as a starting poin for this Rating List generation. The singer R. Kelly has been acquitted by the jury of all 14 charges against him after less than a day of deliberations in his child pornography case. The prosecutors against him tried to say that a video tape that was mailed to the Chicago Sun-Times in 2002 was of him having sex with a girl that was as young as 13 years old at the time that the tape was made. R. Kelly and the girl, who is now 23, both denied in court that it was either of them on the tape. Most of the evidence against him was questionable in court so there was not enough evidence for him to be sentenced.

Its a rainy day here, and all of us are home. That means lots of kids arguements to settle and basically all the cleaning I did this morning will be undone by dinner, Laundry will be double in the morning and the headache I have tried to get rid of will get worse.

This year, the rain greets us happily. I really cannot remember since when it rained for a straight two months.

Many places are flooded or even facing natural disasters of other kinds.

Flash floods in cities are not a new phenomena.

What can we do to help?

We can donate some daily necessities to the victims. Clothes, food, and even cash. But, none can substitute the disappointment the victims feel when they see the damaged to their properties.

Life has become very fast. Nobody has the time to wait and do some other job. Everybody is overburdened by the tasks in their hand. I remember ten years back I usually have lot of time in my hand then I can wait for hours. However, now only waiting for even three minutes at red light makes me nervous. I have lost my patience’s. I have so many deadlines to meet in day that the fear of missing some of them always haunts me. I usually got no time for myself or visiting for some hill station. I want to relax and do meditation but have no time for it. I want to enjoy my life in more free way. I want to be like a bird that is free to move in any direction.
