Soy yogurt is a healthier form of yogurt because it is made with soy milk from soy beans instead of cow’s milk. The natural compounds in the yogurt can help to control blood sugar levels by slowing down carbohydrate digestion. Also, the yogurts are usually all-natural, organic, and dairy free.

Submitted by amandaberryman on June 10, 2008 - 7:43am. Anger | connected | control | cortisol | healing | hormone | injury | period | problems | recovery | stressIt is found that anger problems and the inability to control anger can slow down the recovery period of an injury. This is caused because of increased levels of the stress hormone cortisol, which can suppress the immune system, when a person is angry. It is best to try to have a good control over these feelings if a person is going through a healing period.
A Little Information About Flea Control On Your Pet
Submitted by tummaton on February 12, 2008 - 1:53am. A Little | about | control | Flea | information | on | pet | YourIf you have a pet then you know all about fleas and flea control. Even though it is hard to keep your pet from going outside you are still going to have to take them outside sooner or later and they are going to get a flea or two on them. That is why you need to get a good type of flea control. If you are using the same brand every time then it obviously isn't working out for you. So you need to get some advice and get some better stuff for your dog or cat believe me they will love you for it. I just moved from Texas to South Florida and the minute that I left Texas my Dog had stopped scratching so much. When I got down here to south Florida I haven't seen a flea on him yet and I haven't even used any flea control since I have been down here. May sound weird but it's been almost 3 months now and he still may only have 1 flea.
I'm Done With Chemo Treatments
Submitted by jwensink on March 20, 2007 - 6:26pm. Cancer | chemo | controlI'm done with chemo treatments. Yahoo! Last week Monday was my last treatment. My blood counts were very low, but my Dr. decided to go ahead with treatment anyway since it was my last one. I felt pretty crummy last week, but I just kept thinking that each day will get better. Yesterday I had to have my blood work checked. My platelets were in the danger zone, so I needed a transfusion. I never had one before, so I didn't know what to expect. But, it wasn't a big deal. It just took a while because they had to get the platelets from a different city and then I had to stay at the hospital for a while to watch for any allergic reaction. I came through with flying colors. Today I felt much perkier, probably because I have some platelets now. I go back on Friday for another recheck. Next week I need to have a CAT scan to check everything out. I will get the results on April 2.
Of Cantaloupe, 12-Grain Bread, and the Claw of the Sea Puss

This seems to be a particularly California thing. The Golden State: The Paradise of the Picky Eater. I mean, hell, there’s more stuff in the grocery section of my local hole-in-the-wall convenience store than in all the supermarkets in Maine put together.
Of course, Maine doesn’t grow anything but lobsters, blueberries, moose, and rocks. The tourists get most of the lobsters and blueberries. And the moose are protected. For the tourists. Or is that from the tourists? Anyway. Maine used to grow potatoes, but the Atkins diet craze, and Idaho, put paid to that. So it’s not much of a wonder that Maine food stores doesn’t have all that much on their shelves. You can’t eat what you can’t grow. Or import from California. Stone soup, anyone?

After analyzing all the situations, our mind work according to these conditionings. The main problems come when we totally go into the control of brain and spoil our lives.

As a counsellor I have noticed that the world is full of angry people. What is especially alarming is the numbers of angry children. I have worked with many children trying to help them with Anger control and this little trick works surprisingly well.
