SXSW Film/Music Festival And 2nd HAND SMOKE?

It's the big SXSW Film/Music Festival again in Austin, TX. One of the SXSW volunteers asked me for light outside the Austin Convention Center and I told her that I didn't smoke, but might have to start. She asked why. I said, "Well, with all these reports of 2nd Hand Smoke supposedly being more dangerous than actually smoking and all the chain smoking, cool, Movie, Film people in town I guess I should just start smoking to protect myself."

In addition, how the hell am I suppose to determine who's really a bum (habitual loafer or tramp; lazy dissolute person) ,or some SXSW Film/Music out of control, partying artist, attendee, etc. when they both look identical? Not everybody is going to recognize Robert Plant (Yes, LED ZEPPELIN) and Kris Kristofferson (who I've both met at former SXSW Festivals) like I do and the confusion could cause obvious problems.
