Suntrust Bank

Suntrust Bank is an excellent bank. I have used many other banks and had problems with miscellaneous charges that could not be explained. Suntrust never overcharges me and in fact they have even credited my account on more than one occasion.

The bank is always clean inside and outside the landscaping is well manicured. On the down side, there are always a ton of bugs around the ATM machine and usually there are no deposit slips available so if you are trying to make a deposit outside of bank hours you need to have your own slips.

The customer service at Suntrust is a cut above the rest. There is always an agent at the door to greet you and service is very fast. I like going to a bank and not having to spend all day waiting for service.

All of the customer service representatives treat you like family. One time when I went inside the agent gave my daughter a stuffed animal to take home…they are always thoughtful like that.

I would definitely suggest Suntrust Bank to anyone that is in the Southern United States region in which Suntrust services. There are lots of them to choose from which makes it a convenient and reliable banking choice.
