Suicide Isn't Relevant?

Okay, someone explain this one to me. The judge in the trial of the woman from St. Louis, the one who created the fake MySpace profile which resulted in the death of a young girl, has stated that, in his opinion, the suicide of this girl is irrelevant to the case against the woman, and therefore he's probably not going to allow it to be brought up at trial.
Is he kidding me? There wouldn't be a trial to begin with if a 13 year old hadn't been baited into committing suicide by a grown woman who wrote that the world would be better off if the girl just killed herself. How the heck isn't that relevant to this case?
California justice has always confused me. It seems to still be the only state where a criminal court can find you not guilty and yet someone can still sue you for doing it anyway. I don't think anyone can blame some of these stupid laws and stupid rulings on liberal judges; I think all of them should be made to go back to school to learn proper law before being allowed on the benches in Cali. Not sure what they're eating or drinking, but it can't be the same stuff the rest of us are consuming.
Then again, maybe it doesn't need to be brought up in court; after all, if there's anyone sitting on that jury that doesn't already know what the end result was, they probably wouldn't be there now. Miscarriage of justice,... for whom?

Too often is the Case
So many court cases aren't decided by the law anyway, many are decided by who is a friend of whom. If the court system was fair, then every one would be treated the same and they are not.
Well Ms Zola,...
I'll agree with part of this and disagree with the other. I agree that justice really doesn't seem to be just anymore. But the "friend" thing would presuppose that people are hand selected even before they show up for the jury pool, and I'd be hard pressed to believe that sort of thing.

Justice is far from blind eh?

I do wonder why the Judge here is acting this way? I mean it's out there for the entire computer world to see...there must be more to this decision than meets the eye...he must have some reason for that particular ruling...it wont make sense otherwise. I would want to see what the lawyer said that would sway this Judge to make such a drastic decision...it must have been extremely persuasive!
Had to be, Sassys,...
probably a bigger lie than what Hitler told to convince people that he was the right man to be voted into office. Ever wonder if things would have been different if the Nazi party had actually lost that election?
Anyway, unfortunately, we probably won't know what's causing him to take this position, unless he's doing it on his own. If that's the case, then there's a serious miscarriage of justice.
