PREVENTION:

a) Give up smoking and drinking.Start working out

b) Try and conceive before you turn 30

c) Breastfeed your kid for at least a year

d) Avoid any hormonal contraceptives

e) Do a self-examination every month

SELF EXAMINATION :

Examine your breasts every month,4-5 days after your periods by feeling it with your palms.If you feel a growth,consult a doctor immediately.Don't panic because most of the lumps are non-cancerous!
