Standard Chartered Bank

I have applied for a Standard Chartered Credit Card and Luckily mine was approved, I applied via a telemarketer who was so patient in calling me every time and asking me to sign up for her I just need to fax my current credit card billing (from other bank) and mine will be ready in a few days. It was indeed true, of all the people who called me and said that the card was pre approved; Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) was the only one who is telling the truth.

I did not waste my time with them and my card was approved, the SCB representatives have been in contact with me. The time they told me my card was approved on Friday, the card was delivered on Monday the following week; I was not able to get it and they went to my office 2 more times. Someone called me at my cellular phone and asked when it would be best for I to be delivered; I said Mondays and Tuesdays only, though I got the card today; I believe that is an extra customer service.

They were patient in giving me my
credit card; their applications group is outstanding. Their card delivery is also strict and he even checked my card ID number and my SSS number just to be sure. That will surely benefit cardholders and minimize fraudulent accounts. As a whole, I’d say SCB gives a good service to their new clients, I am impressed and is looking forward to a good relationship with the bank.
