I guess today's blog can best be described as better late than never. I am going to give you all a few college picks. I have been very well as of late, but I definitely do not want to jinx myself. Here's the deal:

oklahoma(+4) over TEXAS-Vince Young is the reason that Texas was so good last year, not Mack Brown.

michigan state(+15) over MICHIGAN-Michigan has been my favorite college team since Desmond Howard struck the heisman pose, but I just do not see a blow out here. That lets you know how real it is. I am willing to bet against my team if the opportunity to make some money is there.

tennessee(-2.5) over GEORGIA-Georgia is having major qb issues. Tennessee has a good defense and I a good offense and although the dawgs have a good defense as well, it just won't be enough in the end. It will be a typical SEC game. 21-13 or so.

R.I.P. Buck O'neil. He was one the biggest influences in bridging the gap between the Negro League and the Major League. Obviously he should be in the Hall of Fame. The sad part about it is that you know in the next few years, he will be inducted.
