So far I am a perfect 4-0 in the second round of the NBA playoffs. That worries me because perfection has a tendency to breed overconfidence. I have been good in some respects, but a bit inconsistent in others. Since Cinco de Mayo I have placed over a dozen bets. In that time I have netted a grand total of 77 cents. That’s not even as much as Cashads has made from all of his good blogs. I’m going to give myself a pep talk and make it happen tonight.
Speaking of money, Ron Artest told Joe and Gavin Maloof, brothers and owners of the Palms Hotel and Casino in Vegas and the Sacramento Kings, that he would play for free next season if they re-signed free agents to be, fellow headcase Bonzi Wells and head coach Rick Adelman. Looks like Artest is taking a page out of Sports Betting’s book. Here’s the deal:
NBA Playoffs:
DETROIT(-11) over cleveland
**I like the under (186.5). The 86 points that Cleveland scored last game was the highest point total they had in a loss to the Pistons this year. In fact, the Pistons kept the Cavs in low 70s for 2 of the 4 losses they handed them. Detroit scores alot at home, but I expect the Cavs to play better defense, but still get blown out.
dallas(+3) over SAN ANTONIO
MLB:
arizona over PITTSBURGH
atlanta over FLORIDA
dc over CINCY
ST LOUIS over colorado
SAN FRAN over cubs
astros over DODGERS
ORIOLES over tigers
YANKS over bo sox
oakland over TORONTO
angeks over WHITE SOX
RANGERS over twins
ROYALS over indians
SEATTLE over d rays
HOME TEAMS IN CAPS
Happy Betting!!
