To me love is not just a word, its not just a feeling, its a way of life. Everyone Needs love like air we breath, water we drink, and food we eat. We can truly overcome so much with love and peace, peace of mind, and peace at heart. Just one action or "none action" has a reaction. Ever feel that urge to hug someone or say something nice and you just dont? Is it fear? Love is a gift, its not a business transaction, we need to learn to give, give, and give more. When we learn to give love to ourselves we learn how to love others better. To love anything it is truly about understanding, if you understand anything or anyone you cannot help but love them. Today you may have a busy day, you may make mistakes but remember that we all need the same thing. True love, with no conditions. Unfortunately in todays culture we have forgotten how to love, we lost the amazement in our eyes of beautiful things. Just look at a baby, look how they look with amazement of so many new things. We can get that back, with awareness of our actions/non actions, actions of mind, body, and soul. I love you out there, whoever you are your not much different than me.
