Just because I haven't been blogging very much recently, and because this was too bizarre looking to pass up, you get a special treat today, dear reader.

I went outside a minute ago. I had seen something in the rosebushes and I was curious what it was. At first, I saw one little snake body. My immediate thought was that because I KNEW this wasn't a poisonous variety, I would catch it for my son, and then release it later. See, how cool a mom am I? lol

I started looking for its head, and sure enough, I found a little head at the other end. But something was off. This was a LONG snake for its size. There was no way it could have gotten that long. So I started trying to figure out what was going on. That's when I realized that the other end was not tapering off. It was still just as wide. Furthermore, there was a head on it too.

Yep. You guessed it. I caught snakes screwing in my rosebushes. This isn't something I've seen before, and I've never been one of those people that sits and watches animals copulate for the fun of it. I figure it creeps me out when the cats watch me, so I'll extend animals the same courtesy of leaving the room. And though I did leave them to it, let me just say that it was one of the more strange things I've ever seen.
