Shopping for ceiling fans

The hot weather is back! I heard on the news that we are having an unseasonably warm spring. I am so glad the cold weather is over with. I generally look forward to spring, because I can open windows and have a low electric bill. But already, it's to hot to do that.

Fans are a big asset in saving money on your electricity bill. Some people like to open their windows and put fans in them. I like doing this. The place I live in now has a ceiling fan, and I love it. It's really handy when I am moping the kitchen, as it helps to dry my floors faster.

The fan in the master bedroom is out. I am looking for a new ceiling fan. There are a few I like from Farreys. The wilderness ceiling fan is really nice. Its spectacular, removable silhouette display of bears, moose and Douglas firs is set against a backlit mica light fixture that provides a warm glow to any room. Its five Relic blades and delicately curved, texture matte black blade holders replicate the look of naturally aged wood and hand-wrought iron.

Another one I like is the Seacoast ceiling fan. It features a stunning silhouette display of a lighthouse and seashore scene, rendered in a fully dimmable mica light fixture that is backlit by cool-burning lights. The fan body is finished in crisp Architectural White, with exposed rivets that echo the construction of a ship's hull and blade irons with a curved design that is reminiscent of ocean waves. Its cap is embossed with the image of a compass.

The Vera Cruz collection is also really nice and elegant looking. The Vera Cruz ceiling fan by Monte Carlo will trigger dreams of caribbean refinement with its hues and rattan accents. Color-coordinated accessories and tropical adornments allow you to customize your fan to fulfill your unique tropical style needs.

Using the ceiling fans search tool, I am able to find a wide variety of fans in a wide variety of prices. Some of the fans were in the same price range as Lowe's or Home Depot, but much nicer. I love internet shopping, and I love being able to have items delivered right to my door.
