I was recently watching the Disney Channel with my kids, and I heard something mentioning a song by Jordan Pruitt. When I first heard the name, I thought of the Jordan Pruitt I once knew, but didn't think too much of it. After all, the Jordan Pruitt I knew couldn't possibly be old enough to have songs on the Disney Channel. She was just about 7 or 8 years old last time I saw her.

Then I saw a picture of the Jordan Pruitt that they were talking about. There was no doubt about it. The two Jordan Pruitts were one and the same. The same little girl that went to my church when we were younger, whose diapers my best friend and I changed in the church nursery, is now 16 years old and has a record contract!

It seems so strange to know that someone I knew when we were younger is now someone my children listen to and watch on TV! Where does the time go?
