My six-year-old son walks up to me and says, “Mom, you’re so pretty. You’re beautiful.”
Of course, I’m thinking, what does he want this time? Then he blows me away with his next comment.
“Mom,” he says. “You’re beautiful like the dog.”
“What?" I say. "You think I look like the dog?”
“But mom,” he says, a confused expression on his face. “That’s one darn good looking dog!”
