Okay, I know I've been absent. There's been a lot of stuff going on, but now that people are coming back to play here, I'll start posting more. Don't worry. I'm still the same insane girl I was when I left. :D

I moved in with my husband, FINALLY, after four years or so of living apart due to work. It's in an apartment, and I'm actually glad. I don't have to do maintenence, or worry about the fact that my washing machine is leaking water into the basement. Well, actually I do. I still own the house, and at some point I'll have to repair it. But at least I don't have property issues with more than one place.

I'm still doing the landlord thing. We've got a new tenant, and I couldn't be happier with them. They've made tons of improvements to the place, they send their rent checks on time... what's not to love? Furthermore, they signed a 20 year lease, so I've got cash flow until my kids are in college. Woohoo!!

Other than that, just blogging and writing here and there.
