I have never tried sailing in my life. But one day I went on holidays to Venice together with my boyfriend. I didn’t know that he was keen on sailing so it was quite a surprise for me. On the whole, when we went to Venice I was going to do shopping and getting suntanned only. When we came to Venice, we stayed at a hotel. The trouble is that it is almost impossible to find accommodation in Veneto as this region is very popular with tourists during the season. So, we booked a room in the hotel in advance. In Veneto we rented a small boat and sailed on lake Garda. It was a real pleasure. The views the Garda offered were really stunning. I have never seen such a beautiful nature before. Mountains and a lake together – it’s hardly possible to find such beauty elsewhere. When on vacations in Venice, I also tried a new kind of sport. I have never practiced diving, so vacation on lake Garda was an excellent chance for me. I dived with the instructor there and fell in love with the underwater world forever. If I have a chance, I’ll surely repeat my diving experience in Venice.
