Mediation is a simple process which makes us away from the rest of the world and tries to take us more near to our self. All the meditation exercise is simple and requires only few hours of a day. Mediation makes us to see the hidden happiness inside us. If a person gets this happiness then all the happiness of the world are just very small for him.
