In fact, there is hundreds sites offering their expertise in fitness and reducing body fat. Don’t you realize that they only sell all the same theory, I bet that you are already know that.

1.Water, water, water.
Yup, drink a lot of water, not at once, 8 glass a day minimum. Coffee, tea, diet coke and beer not to be consider as water so avoid them, just water please.

2. Eat frequently and eat more protein.
Old man said ‘Eat before hungry, then stop eating before full’, eat four to six times a day. Protein forms Amino Acid, amino acid forms muscle.

3. Reduce Saturated Fats Intake.
Don’t take to much butter, cheese, mayo, grease?!

4. Move Your Body.
Make your everyday job as an exercise, use stair, walk, run, jump. Put in your mind that your office is a gym and you make an exercise 9 to 5 and the best part is you’ll get paid.

5. Always Fun and Laugh.
Don’t too much laugh, especially at your office, you must laugh minimum once per day. Sex activity is count as point 4 and 5.

6. I think 5 is enough, I’m afraid that you’ll be too skinny if I told you the 6th. Forget the 6th, there is no number six. My tips is only 5 points. If someone offering you more than five rules … that’s too much … buy it at your own risk.
