R Kelly - Can you believe it?

I saw that the court actually viewed R Kelly's sex tape today.

I am so disgusted by this. Apparently the girl in the video was as young as 13 years old. The video was only 27 minutes long.

It's horrible that so many younger Americans looked up to this guy, and he's nobody to be admired.

So what's R. Kelly's defense? It's not him, or so he claims.

Many celebrities seem to think they are not only above the law, but above the most basic human qualities. It's just mind blowing. All I can hope is that the court offers the appropriate punishment for this crime.

for all the evidence to be heard before a decision is made, but I've been of the opinion from the beginning that this one should be a slam dunk one way or the other. Mainly, because I saw a 3 minute clip of this thing, the surrounding is kind of specialized; it's not common at all. If R. Kelly has something like this in his house, or one of his houses, it's definitely him. If not, then unless the prosecutors can prove where it was made, it's not him. Plain and simple. I've thought he was some sort of, well, I'm not quite sure, after hearing that he actually had married Aaliyah when she was 15, so I'll admit I've been leaning against him, possibly unfairly. We'll see.

is that they identified the room as being in his house, but his lawyers are saying he moved out of the house "several weeks" before the indictment; really? Is that the best they can do?
