According to numerous articles I have read today this is a major problem for men under 40 today. ( Erectile dysfunction is something to look forward to as you get older! I am definitely getting an inferiority complex after doing this research) However, in some cases this is a matter of timing. Unfortunately, excepting perhaps in porno movies acheiving simultaneous orgasms is more difficult to acheive than what one perhaps expects. It is not something you find out about easily either. This is not a topic that is discussed much. When was the last time you saw an ad on the TV for this problem? When did you last have a discussion about this problem? It certainly does not come up in my normal conversations. Or even in my unusual conversations.

No one seems to know what causes premature ejaculation. Some think it is psychological, a fear of getting caught resulting in pressure to get it over with quickly. Others think it maybe biological, get it done quickly to prevent being interrupted and replaced.

Whatever the reason it does cause considerable greif for many couples. Fortunately, there does seem to be some possibility of addressing this problem.
