PowerShot G7 Critical Points

I've made a few shot with my first Canon, Powershot g7, the results was amazingly great. But there is some weak points in my opinion such as;

Battery, you must have a spare otherwise you'll have to carry the charger everytime
Internal Flash, well ... not just as I expected
Focusing, a little bit slow
IS, is this really works?
ISO 800 - 3200, whats for ... you better buy a external flash for taking an indoor

Well, anyway it really works great for an outdoor.
