It's true that with technology nowadays, it is possible to alter our appearances to the most 'ideal' look or "beauty" in our eyes; however, I've always wondered. If you get plastic surgery, technically, aren't you not you anymore?

I mean you spend so much money to be something you're not, and at the end, it's not going to last as you'll have to go back for check-ups, and doesn't plastic surgery not last as long, and will start to droop some of your facial or body appearances in the future?
